Your photos are your photos.  They will not be distributed without your permission.

The corrections made to your photo depends largely on the original image.  Photos that are so badly out of focus more than likely will not be able to be rescued.  Photos that are very dark or much to bright might not be restorable either.

Pricing is going to widely vary depending on what you want done and what is needed to be done to correct your photo.  Minor items, such as red eye removal, eye color enhancement, removal of minor skin blemishes can be done very cheaply and quickly along with a very quick turn around time.  Things like changing the background, moving you to another image, removing something from an image are going to more costly as they are going to take more time and work.
